Engine Makefiles
- We should have make targets
  - maintainer
  - debug
  - release
- Where debug is the default make target
Heck will create an engine branch and try to fix it
All Adapters (JNI/Python)
- no asserts (or any execution stops) in debug mode (only in maintainer mode)
- Debug mode contains all logging
- Release has no symbols, only Error/Critical level logging
